REGISTRATION & ADMISSION

  • Forms are available at the school office And Website along with the prospectus.
  • Minimum age for admission starts only after the child appears for the Assesment Test(U.K.G.onwards) held in march 3rd week .
  • No addmission will be considered until all requirements are met, transfer certificate in orichgnal is required to be submitted at the time of admission ,in case of delay such cases will be treated as provisional admission.
  • Medical complications if any are required to be informed to the school with details in writing .
  • The principal reserves the right to admit or refuse the admission of a student at her /his discretion on certain grounds .
  • Photocopy of certicate of Date of Birth .
  • Three passport sized photographs

NOTE . (Parents are requested to inform the school immediately the change in address and phone number .)

PROVISIONAL ADMISSION

All the students who have appeared for ICSE (class X) will continue to study on provisionally in class XI till their are declared sa as to enable the subject teacher to complete the Ist term syllabus in time.

In case any syudent does not wish to continue studying in Class XI provisionally, he/she should inform the school through the parents in writing before the end at the session(31st of March). In case if there is no such information the student will come continue to be on the roll of school and shall have to give one month's withdrawl notice with a month's fees. All ICSE & ISC Board Exam fees are to be deposited in July/ August at the time of filling of forms.

FEES AND SECURITY (CAUTION MONEY)

Security deposit is changed from the student at the tim of admission. This is refundable without intrest at the time of the student leaving the school after obtaining a transfer certificate.

  • Note :- All the fees & charges * are payable for 12months & no fee except caution money is refundable.
  • (As decided by the Board Of Governors from time to time).
  • Note :- Charges vary for Day Scholar and Boarders

OTHER CHARGES IF ANY AS AND WHEN APPLICABLE

WITHDRAWL

All application for transfer for the certificate should reach the school office by 31st March. One month's notice in writing signed by the parents is required to the school office failling to which the application will be considered after deposition of fees. TC will be issued only when all the dues of the school are cleared. School withdrawn in second term will be changed fee for full term.
